Build and manage staff rotas with a fast, PIN-secured dashboard built for daily use on the shop floor or back office. Departments, shift patterns and weekly schedules all stay editable in one place, with a clean read-only view for everyone else on the team.

What it does

• Weekly Matrix view. A full staff-by-day grid — 1, 2 or 4 weeks at a glance — with Saturday and Sunday columns clearly marked and a divider between weeks.
• Daily Operations View. A single day's shifts broken down by staff, grouped by assignment, so anyone can see who's on and who isn't at a glance.
• Flexible shift types. AM, PM, Day, N/A and free-text Custom shifts, plus per-shift notes for anything that needs a bit more detail.
• Customer-editable departments. Organise staff into your own departments — rename, add or remove them to match how your business is actually structured.
• PIN-secured admin mode. Anyone can view the rota; only an admin PIN unlocks editing, staff management and settings.
• PDF export. Print or share a clean PDF of any week's rota for noticeboards or offline reference.
• Light or dark mode. Switch the whole app's theme to suit wherever it's being used.
